President

The journey shared in pastoral service with migrants and their families teaches us that they are agents of transformation and witnesses of hope, despite a hostile political climate and environment. We believe in the creativity of the Spirit—capable of inspiring change and of creating conditions that foster the recognition of their legal status, their dignity, and the value of their lives.

Stewardship & Shared Mission

Our board provides strategic oversight to advance our mission of accompaniment, focusing on financial stewardship, ethical governance, and a shared prophetic vision for the farmworker movement.

Strategic Oversight

Guiding the network’s long-term vision to remain responsive to the needs of migrant communities across the nation.

Ethical Leadership

Upholding Catholic social teaching and transparency in all administrative and pastoral decisions.

Ignatian Spirituality

Finding God in all things

beginning with Pacha Mama / Mother Earth [Laudato Si]

“We ourselves …are dust of the earth (Gen 2:7)

our very bodies are made up of her elements, we breathe her air

and we receive life and refreshment from her waters.” [Laudato Si, #3]

It’s the “stuff” of the earth that links us all as people of God in our common home.

The ashes of Ash Wednesday reminds us that we are created in the same dust of the earth

with the breath of God’s life joining us in one spirit.
